7.7 Right to Grievance Redressal

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures:

• Access Controls: Role-based access, principle of least privilege
• Password Security: Industry-standard hashing
• Infrastructure: Enterprise-grade cloud with SOC 2 compliance
• Monitoring: Security assessments and audit logging

Data Breach Notification

In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, in the event of a personal data breach:

• Notify the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours
• Notify affected users without undue delay, informing them of the breach nature and remediation steps
• Take immediate remediation steps to contain and prevent recurrence
• Document all breaches in our internal register
