Legal Byte is an AI-powered property due diligence platform operated by Lexipro Solutions Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
By accessing or using Legal Byte ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue products at our sole discretion based on market conditions and business requirements. We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features and credit allocations. Current plans, pricing, and features are available on our Pricing Page.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable taxes (GST at 18%).
The platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use various services.
Credit usage varies by product and service:

You can request account deletion at any time through Settings > Account & Data > Delete My Account.
Upon deletion, we remove your account information, uploaded documents, analysis results, and preferences. Certain records (payment records, support tickets, audit logs) are retained as required by law.
Before deletion, you can download your data via Settings > Account & Data > Download My Data. During the 30-day cooling-off period, you can cancel the deletion request.
Legal Byte, including its software, design, logos, and analysis methodology, is owned by Lexipro Solutions Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain all rights to documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your documents solely for providing the Service. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
Reports generated by our Service are provided for your personal or professional use. You may share reports with relevant parties but may not commercialize or redistribute them as a service.
